Marjan Beach, one of the largest coastal projects in Ras Al Khaimah, has entered the execution phase, and the first phase is expected to be completed in two months; however, to see the complete face of this area, more patience is required, as the entire project is a 10-year plan.

It has been stated that the preparation and excavation operations for Phase One of Marjan Beach will be completed within the next two months.

This project is being implemented on Marjan Island; an artificial archipelago covering an area of 2.7 million square meters, consisting of four islands and is set to host the first integrated entertainment and leisure complex in the region.

Marjan Beach will ultimately cover about 85 million square feet, with 6.5 million square feet dedicated to green and public spaces. Approximately 60% of the project is designated for residential use; from luxury residential complexes by the water to family neighborhoods, commercial centers, hotels, and cultural and recreational spaces.

On this island, Wynn Resorts is also constructing Wynn Al Marjan; a project that was supposed to open in March 2027 but has been postponed to September 2027.

Alongside these projects, Marjan has recently introduced the "Marjan Digital Universe" platform, which allows investors to virtually view the projects and developments in this area and become familiar with the future vision of Ras Al Khaimah.
