In the past year, Dubai Police has implemented 104 innovative and operational projects, and now has introduced 36 software robots based on process automation into various police and administrative departments.

These robots are used to perform a range of administrative and repetitive tasks, and according to Dubai Police, the result has been increased speed in processes, enhanced productivity, and reduced daily workloads for employees.

This data was reviewed during the annual visit of Lieutenant General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police, to the General Department of Artificial Intelligence. During this visit, digital transformation projects, technology systems, and the performance of digital police services were also examined. According to police reports, public services this year have achieved a continuity rate of 99.97%, and digital systems have reached a stability rate of 99.92%.

Dubai Police is simultaneously expanding the use of artificial intelligence in operational, administrative, and policing sectors. The force's artificial intelligence platform is designed for data analysis, process automation, and providing intelligent solutions to employees and clients.

Another project under review is the smart assistant for Dubai's smart police stations; a system that is set to assist in providing police and security services around the clock, making access to services faster and more flexible.

The General Department of Artificial Intelligence at Dubai Police has also announced that its projects have received seven awards and certificates of appreciation so far, and 29 intellectual properties have been registered.

Al Marri emphasized that the development of artificial intelligence and new technologies must continue alongside human expertise; that is, technology is not meant to replace humans, but rather the goal is for Dubai Police to provide faster, more efficient, and reliable services by combining specialized personnel with intelligent tools.
