How do I find an Iranian or Persian-speaking doctor in Dubai?

Does Persian-speaking mean the doctor is Iranian?
Not necessarily. What is recorded here is the language a doctor consults in, not their nationality. Some trained in Iran and some did not; what the listing tells you is that you can speak Persian with them.
Who issues these doctors’ licences?
Doctors practising in Dubai are licensed by the DHA (Dubai Health Authority), and elsewhere in the UAE by MOHAP. You can ask the clinic for the licence number and check it on that authority’s own register before you book.
Will my insurance cover a Persian-speaking doctor?
Cover depends on your insurer and its provider network, not on the language the doctor speaks. Health insurance is mandatory for Dubai residents, but each policy has its own list of in-network facilities — check the clinic’s name with your insurer before your visit.
