According to the company's website, Starlink High-Speed Satellite Internet Service is now available in the United Arab Emirates.

 

Residents of this country can now access this service, which is backed by Elon Musk. The cost of monthly packages starts at approximately 300 AED, and the 'Residential Lite' plan is also offered at a price of 230 AED per month.

 

Additionally, separate plans for businesses are available, starting at 248 AED per month.

 

This update was released after the UAE appeared on the official Starlink coverage map, indicating the service's active status in the country.

 

Starlink, developed by SpaceX, provides high-speed internet through a network of low Earth orbit satellites. This technology is designed for areas where fiber internet or mobile networks are limited or unstable.

 

Unlike traditional satellite internet, Starlink operates at a much lower altitude, resulting in higher speeds and lower latency.

 

This service is currently available in over 150 countries and regions around the world.

 

Last year, this service was also launched on Emirates and flydubai flights.
