Skylight Mall Opening Next Year Near JLT and Along Al Khail Highway

Skylight Mall is set to open next year near JLT and along Al Khail Highway.
Dubai is set to host a new large shopping center in 2027; Skylight Mall will be built along Al Khail Highway and is expected to add fresh options for shopping, dining, entertainment, and everyday services to one of Dubai's busiest areas.
This shopping center, with an area of approximately 1.3 million square feet, will feature over 360 stores and provide residents of Jumeirah Village Triangle, Jumeirah Island, Spring, and surrounding neighborhoods with access to a wide range of amenities.
Skylight Mall will be designed with modern architectural design and spacious, well-lit areas; an integrated space that will bring together shops, restaurants, entertainment, and social spaces.
The names of the brands that will be present in this shopping center and the exact opening date have not yet been announced, and more details are expected to be released in the coming months.
With the opening of Skylight Mall, the number of shopping centers and lifestyle destinations in the Dubai Retail portfolio in Dubai will reach 58. This portfolio currently includes centers such as Palm Jumeirah Mall, Nad Al Sheba Dragon Mart Mall, Ibn Battuta Mall, and Outlet Village.
Skylight Mall is designed not only for shopping but also for everyday experiences and family leisure; from enjoying a meal and browsing the shops to entertainment and gatherings with friends and family.
