Colombian singer Shakira unveiled the official song for the 2026 World Cup titled Dai Dai on Thursday.

The 49-year-old singer introduced part of the piece in a video released on Instagram from the Maracanã Stadium in Brazil. The Nigerian singer Burna Boy is also featured in this song. The piece is set to be released on May 14.

In the video, Shakira is seen alongside a group of dancers wearing outfits in the colors of the national teams participating in the tournament. The 2026 World Cup will take place from June 11 to July 19 in Mexico, Canada, and the United States.

The video also showcases the official balls from the 2006, 2010, and 2014 World Cups; a nod to the tournaments where Shakira had a significant musical role.

The Latin music star previously performed the official song for the 2010 World Cup, waka waka.

She also performed the songs Hips Don’t Lie and La La La (Brazil 2014) at the 2006 Germany World Cup and the 2014 Brazil World Cup, respectively.
