The next generation of Apple’s iPhones will be unveiled in just a few months.

Based on Mark Gurman's report from Bloomberg, Apple is expected to unveil the iPhone 18 Pro, iPhone 18 Pro Max, and the long-rumored foldable iPhone, known as iPhone Ultra, at a special event in early September. Currently, Tuesday, September 8 is considered the most likely date for this unveiling. If Apple decides to hold the event on Wednesday, September 9 would be the alternative option.

This prediction aligns with Apple’s longstanding strategy for product launches. For over a decade, the company has typically introduced new iPhones on the first Tuesday or Wednesday after Labor Day in the United States, then begins pre-orders that same week and officially releases the devices in mid-September.

If this timeline holds, Apple fans in the United Arab Emirates can expect pre-orders to start just a few days after the unveiling, with the phones becoming available later that month.

This year’s event is expected to be one of the busiest and most significant product launches for Apple to date. In addition to the iPhone 18 Pro series, industry reports suggest that the company will finally unveil its first foldable iPhone, widely known as iPhone Ultra; a product that marks Apple’s official entry into the growing foldable smartphone market.

In terms of hardware, it has been rumored that the iPhone 18 Pro models will be equipped with the new generation A20 Pro chip, produced with 2nm manufacturing technology. These phones are also expected to have better battery life, a camera system with variable aperture, and improvements in Dynamic Island. Meanwhile, the foldable iPhone Ultra is anticipated to become Apple’s most expensive and advanced smartphone to date.
