With the cooler weather in Dubai and the start of the outdoor gathering season, Marsa Boulevard will reopen on Friday, October 30, 2026, for its third season.
This venue, located by the Dubai Creek and near the Dubai Festival City Mall, is a place for those who want to dine outdoors, stroll by the water, and enjoy cafes, art, and shopping.
In the new season, familiar names in the food and beverage sector, including Home Bakery, Brooki, and Muchaklab, will be present alongside fashion and beauty brands like Loewe, Rare Beauty, and Le Labo. Various pop-ups, art installations, and dedicated spaces for product personalization are also part of this year's program.
One of the well-known features of this venue is the lowering of its iconic banner at 8 PM; an event that, alongside the beach atmosphere and traditional boats moving on the water, has become part of the vibe of Marsa Boulevard.
