Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah has added another luxury project to its list of ongoing developments.

This project is the second joint collaboration between Marjan and Wynn on Al Marjan Island and is being constructed right next to Wynn Al Marjan Island; a complex set to open in 2027 as the first integrated resort with a gaming license in the UAE.

This complex will be built alongside one of the major tourism projects on the island and will include a luxury hotel, branded residences, and spaces focused on health and wellness.

This project was first introduced in late 2025 and has now entered the construction phase with the commencement of operational activities.

According to project officials, the development of this complex is part of a long-term plan to transform Al Marjan Island into one of the most important coastal, tourism, and investment destinations in the region. It is also expected that the addition of international brands will enhance the diversity of Ras Al Khaimah's tourism industry and contribute to the economic growth of the emirate.

With the start of construction on this complex, the development of Al Marjan Island continues, further solidifying the region's position as one of the hubs for luxury tourism and investment in the UAE.
