Families residing in the UAE can now apply for free membership for 'Fazaa' discounts. This initiative has been launched in collaboration with the Ministry of Family as part of the 'Family Year 2026' initiative.

The aim of this program is to provide families access to a wide range of discounts and services related to everyday expenses, travel, and entertainment.

 

What are the benefits of Fazaa family membership?

 

Under this new program, families residing in the UAE can benefit from a wide network of services and discounts in various aspects of daily life, including:

 

Offers and discounts at over 34,000 stores inside and outside the UAE

 

Discounts on over 28,000 food and consumer products through Fazaa stores

 

Discounts on accommodation and travel packages at over 500,000 hotels worldwide through the 'Fazaa Places' service

 

Discounts of up to 70% on tickets and entertainment activities through the Fazaa app

 

Special offers for a diverse range of premium products and services

 

Who is eligible and what are the rules?

 

This program has specific terms and conditions that families should be aware of:

 

Membership is completely free and is only available for families residing in the UAE (with at least one child); no fees are charged

 

Registration for this program is possible throughout the year 2026; if you encounter issues during registration, please try again later

 

Registration can be done by the husband or wife, and membership will be issued in the name of the person registering

 

Only one membership will be issued per family

 

If you have a previous active Fazaa membership, the family membership will be issued separately, and you can hold two valid memberships simultaneously

 

Membership is usually issued within 72 working hours

 

Registration can be done via mobile or computer (with the option to upload documents via computer)

 

If you have trouble taking a clear photo of your Emirates ID, try again in better lighting; if the problem persists, you can upload documents via computer or iPad

 

If you did not receive a one-time password (OTP) via email, check your Spam or Junk folders

 

If your email is already registered with Fazaa, you must use a different email for registration

 

Where can we apply for Fazaa family membership?

After entering the link, you will need to provide the following information:

 

Full Name

 

Email

 

Mobile Number

 

Emirate of Residence

 

Emirates ID number of the applicant and spouse

 

Upload Emirates ID cards of the applicant, spouse, and child

 

Applicants must also agree to the terms and conditions before submitting the application.

 

How long does it take to approve the application?

 

Based on the information provided, after submitting the application, if approved, an email containing confirmation and a link to activate the membership in the Fazaa app will be sent to you.

 

However, due to the high volume of applications, the approval process may take longer than usual.
