Dubai Municipality has utilized artificial intelligence to make the process of checking water quality in homes and various centers faster and more accurate.

This new technology helps municipal laboratories to identify potential water contaminants, including bacteria such as Legionella and E. coli, more rapidly, allowing for quicker action in case of issues.

The system is used to examine various water sources, including building storage tanks, faucets, swimming pools, and non-bottled drinking water.

According to Dubai Municipality, the use of artificial intelligence has led to reduced time for test results, increased accuracy of inspections, and strengthened the public health monitoring system in the city.

This initiative is part of Dubai's plan to develop smart services and maintain high living standards in the city.
