Dubai now wants to turn its most important success factor into a lasting culture.

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has unveiled a new initiative called "Dubai-It"; a plan aimed at expanding Dubai's unique work culture within government institutions and companies in this emirate.

This initiative is based on three key principles: speed in execution, quality in performance, and focus on results. According to him, Dubai's success is not just about having great ideas, but about the ability to quickly turn these ideas into real achievements.

He wrote on the social media platform X: "Speed does not mean haste, quality does not mean slowness, and ambition without execution is worthless."

Based on this perspective, "Dubai-It" symbolizes the swift execution of tasks, precise implementation, and achieving results that are visible to everyone in a short period of time.

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed also emphasized that the goal of this plan is to transfer Dubai's work philosophy to future generations and make it a part of the organizational culture in government and businesses; an approach that is set to lay the foundation for the next stage of Dubai's growth and development.

Over the past few decades, Dubai has transformed from a small city in the heart of the desert to one of the world's most important centers for trade, tourism, and investment. Now, "Dubai-It" is an effort to preserve and replicate that successful formula in the coming years.
