Where does all this luck come from?

Imagine winning one million dollars once, but being unable to use it and ultimately losing your investment. Now, the same luck comes back to you for the second time.

“Antoine Labaki,” a 53-year-old Lebanese trader, has won the one million dollar prize in the Dubai Duty Free raffle for the second time, becoming one of only 12 people to have won the “Millennium Millionaire” section of this raffle twice.

Labaki, who purchased his winning ticket online on July 17, says that the bitter experience of his previous prize completely changed his perspective. He had also won one million dollars in 2018, but transferred the money to Beirut and, according to him, was unable to invest it as planned and ultimately lost that investment.

For this reason, he has decided to keep the prize in the UAE this time. He intends to buy a house in Dubai and start a construction business; a decision that, according to him, has brought his and his family's long-held dream of living in Dubai closer to reality.

Labaki, who previously won a BMW car in the Dubai Duty Free raffle in 2004, has now received his third major prize from this collection.

He says he has always trusted Dubai and Dubai Duty Free, which is why he has participated in this raffle several times each year. Now he plans to buy a ticket every month from now on.

This Lebanese trader has described Dubai as “the safest city in the world” and has stated that he will travel to the UAE with his family to celebrate this success and discuss investment plans and begin a new chapter in his life.
