Dubai is developing the DubaiNow app with the help of artificial intelligence; an initiative aimed at making residents' access to government services faster, simpler, and more integrated.

The Digital Dubai organization has announced that as part of the digital government services development program, more than 180 new services will be added to the DubaiNow app by the end of February 2027.

This initiative is part of the larger 'Digital Shared Channels Initiative'; a project aimed at integrating Dubai's government services into a shared digital ecosystem.

To implement this program, Digital Dubai has held a specialized boot camp with the participation of several government entities, including:

• Roads and Transport Authority (RTA)

• Dubai Police

• Dubai Health Authority (DHA)

• General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA)

• Dubai Finance Department

• Dubai Community Development Authority

• Dubai Culture

• Ports, Customs and Free Zone Corporation

H.E. Omar Al Olama, CEO of Digital Dubai, stated that the goal of this project is not just to provide services in one app; but to create an integrated digital experience so that government entities can deliver services in a connected and coordinated manner.

Benefits of this change:

• Faster access to government services

• Simpler user experience

• Wider use of artificial intelligence

• Enhanced quality of digital services in Dubai

This initiative is part of Dubai's plan to become one of the most advanced digital governments.
