The Trade Center branch of this restaurant is located in the Al Jafiliya area, on 2nd December Street, and provides an interior space inspired by traditional Iranian architecture and decor, creating an environment for lunch, dinner, and family gatherings.

 The Pars menu includes a diverse range of Iranian dishes; from Chelo Kebab Koobideh, Soltani Kebab, Barg Kebab, Shishlik, Bakhtiari Kebab, and Jujeh Kebab to Lari Kebab and Torsh Kebab with meat or chicken. Traditional dishes such as Ghormeh Sabzi, Gheymeh, Eggplant Stew, Baghali Polo with Lamb Shank, and Zereshk Polo with Chicken are also available on the menu. 

Pars Restaurant dedicates part of its menu to seafood dishes including grilled fish, grilled shrimp, and a combination of fish and shrimp. Appetizers such as Kashk-e Bademjan, Mirza Ghasemi, Ash Reshteh, Hummus, Shirazi Salad, and Mast-o-Mosir are served alongside the main dishes.
