This achievement reflects the vision of UAE leadership in building a future-oriented government based on innovation, institutional efficiency, and the ability to adapt to global changes; a topic that has strengthened the country's position as a global model in modern governance.

The advanced performance of the UAE in this index demonstrates how the government's approach has been able to convert national goals into tangible global achievements; this has been achieved through the creation of an integrated government ecosystem that combines policy-making efficiency, economic attractiveness, quality of life, and investment in human capital.

This approach is also defined in line with the goals of the "We are the UAE 2031" vision and enhances the country's position as a reliable global partner and one of the main centers shaping the future of the world.

The Chandler Good Government Index is considered one of the most comprehensive global indices for assessing the performance of governments in 133 countries worldwide.

The UAE's progress in this ranking reflects the success of its governance model; a model based on:

Foresight,

Speed in execution,

Readiness for changes,

And the ability to create opportunities

    designed to achieve outstanding competitive results globally.

"Mohammed Abdullah Al Gergawi," UAE Minister of Cabinet Affairs, said:

"Under the guidance and vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and with the follow-up of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the UAE has succeeded in redefining the concept of government governance globally; a model based on speed in achievements, performance efficiency, and constant readiness and flexibility in decision-making and development."

He emphasized that this success is the result of the UAE leadership's belief in the principle that:

"Real investment begins with people, and building the future requires different thinking, proactive action, and a culture that knows no impossibilities."

In this index, the UAE:

Achieved the first rank in good governance in the region and the Arab world,

And also ranked first in several global indices; including:

Government innovation,

Ability to set strategic priorities,

And the budget surplus index.

These results demonstrate the ability of the UAE's governance model to foresee the future and turn visions into tangible developmental outcomes.

The UAE also:
