Hiring an Operations Specialist – DIFC Dubai

We are looking for an Operations Specialist to join our team in the DIFC area of Dubai.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of work experience in operations (preferably in import and trade operations)
• Proficiency and practical experience in import processes (mandatory)
• High proficiency in English

Job Responsibilities:
• Recording, tracking, and managing orders
• Data entry and record management in the system
• Tracking shipments and coordinating related dispatches
• Communicating with customs brokers and logistics companies
• Full management of operational processes from start to finish

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
