RISE Global in 2026 focuses on connecting global capital to investable projects and covers areas such as infrastructure, urban technology, data centers, energy, transportation, and lifestyle projects in addition to the real estate market.

From Real Estate Investment to Smart Cities and Infrastructure

The RISE Global program is structured around three main pillars: "RISE Invest", "RISE Lifestyle", and "RISE Intelligent Infrastructure". The investment section focuses on attracting capital for real estate development projects and creating connections between developers, institutional investors, and international funds.

The Lifestyle section covers residential and lifestyle projects, international investment opportunities, consulting services, financing, and buying and investment strategies. Alongside the two-day exhibition, the main program "RISE Summit" will take place on Wednesday, October 14, focusing on the trends of global capital movement, financial markets, real estate, and infrastructure. The current summit program includes discussions and panels on global capital mobility, investing in a high-interest-rate environment, tokenizing real estate assets, AI infrastructure, investing in data centers, and the future of commercial and industrial real estate.
