If you need to carry out residency, visa, or immigration services during the New Hijri Year holidays, everything is not going to come to a halt.

The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai (GDRFA) has announced that all digital services of this entity will be available 24/7 through the website and smart application during all holiday days.

According to this announcement, The Al Awir Customer Happiness Centre will operate from 6 AM to 8 PM throughout the holiday days. Additionally, the 'Al Manara' Centre and the Free Zones section at Dubai International Airport located in 'Al Towar 2' will be ready to provide services from 9 AM to 1 PM.

There is also good news for travelers; the customer service center in the arrivals section of Terminal 3 at Dubai International Airport will remain operational 24/7, seven days a week.

The GDRFA also announced that the 'Amar' call center is available 24/7 to answer questions and requests from residents and travelers via the toll-free number 8005111.

This entity emphasized that all necessary coordination with strategic partners has been carried out to ensure that services at entry points, designated centers, and various sections continue uninterrupted, providing a smoother experience for travelers and visitors.

As the New Hijri Year approaches, the Dubai Residency Department also congratulated citizens, residents, and leaders of the UAE on this occasion, wishing everyone health, peace, and success.
